By using and visiting the Club Soda Website (hereinafter, the “Website”), the user agrees to adhere to and respect the Terms of Purchase and the rules and regulations in effect. If the Terms of Purchase are not met, the user will no longer be authorized to use the Website. The Terms of Purchase may be amended at any time without notice.

Upon purchasing a ticket from Club Soda, the user agrees that refunds and exchanges are prohibited. Club Soda is not held liable for lost, stolen or damaged tickets.

Permitted use of the Website

The user is authorized to visit the Website and to purchase tickets for personal use only. It is forbidden to reproduce or modify tickets. Unlawful use of the Website may give rise to legal proceedings against individuals who fail to comply with these regulations (see Breach of the Terms).


All amounts that appear on the Website are in Canadian Dollars.

Taxes and service fees

All taxes and service fees are included in the ticket price. Service fees vary based on the selected procurement method.

Price accuracy

Every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained on our Website is accurate in every respect. In the event of a discrepancy between the information displayed on the Website and those provided by the box office, the latter will prevail.

Payment options

Club Soda accepts several methods of payment: cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and automatic debit (Interac). The following credit cards are accepted on Club Soda's Website: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express

Order confirmation

After submitting payment information on the Website, a confirmation number will be sent by email. Any user who receives an error message or who has encountered a service interruption after having submitted payment information should contact Club Soda at 514 286-1010, option 1, during business hours. The user should have the credit card used to make the purchase on hand. The user may also contact Club Soda via email at, and include the date and time of the event and his or her contact details (name and phone number). An agent will contact the user shortly afterwards.

Refund policy

It is the user's responsibility to carefully review the chosen event and its scheduled date and time prior to purchasing a ticket. Club Soda does not issue exchanges or refunds, barring the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Show cancellation: refunds will be granted at point of purchase and reimbursed on the card used to make the initial purchase. Refer to details below.
  • Show postponement: The user may choose to keep the purchased ticket, which will be honoured for the rescheduled date. The user may instead request a reimbursement at the point of purchase. The user will be required to provide the box office attendant with the credit card used to make the initial purchase. If the tickets were purchased by phone or through the Website, a detailed email explaining the procedure to follow will be forwarded to the user.


  • Refunds of tickets purchased at Club Soda's box office: The user must request a refund in person by visiting the box office during business hours (see above). Tickets will be reimbursed by the same payment method used to purchase the tickets. If applicable, the user may be required to provide the box office attendant with the credit card used to make the initial purchase.
  • Refunds for tickets purchased online or by phone: In the days following the postponement or cancellation announcement, the user will receive a detailed email with instructions.   • Refunds for tickets purchased from a concert producer: The user must contact the person from whom the tickets were purchased. Tickets are reimbursed in accordance with the producer's refund policy.

Should the user have any questions or concerns, he or she must contact the organization that sold them the tickets. Club Soda reimburses users the cost of the tickets and associated service fees. Delivery charges are not refunded.

Delivery policy

E-Tickets: The user receives the purchased tickets by email within minutes of confirming the purchase. The user may print copies of the tickets or view them on a mobile device.

At the box office: The user will be required to present the credit card used to make the purchase, a piece of photo ID, and the transaction number.

Standard mail: The user may request that tickets be delivered by regular mail. The user should allow ten business days for delivery. Should the user have any questions with regard to ticket deliveries, or if tickets have not been received within the designated time frame, he or she should contact 514 286-1010, option 1, during business hours, or send an email to The mailing address must match the credit card billing address that was used to make the purchase.

Express delivery (Xpresspost): The user may request that tickets be delivered by Xpresspost. The user should allow five business days for delivery. Should the user have any questions with regard to ticket deliveries, or if the tickets have not been received within the designated time frame, he or she should contact 514 286-1010, option 1, during business hours, or send an email to The mailing address must match the credit card billing address that was used to make the purchase.

Breach of the Terms

Club Soda reserves the right to cancel tickets without notice to anyone deemed to be in violation of the policies in effect. In addition, Club Soda reserves the right to restrict the use of its Website and to deny ticket-purchasing privileges for Club Soda events. Club Soda reserves the right to use all means at its disposal to protect itself against those who do not comply with these terms.

Unauthorized use of the Website

The unlawful use of the Website to resell or copy tickets and the unauthorized use of automated devices may be grounds for an investigation. In addition, the user agrees to neither intentionally damage the Website nor copy any of its content.

Disclaimer notice

Club Soda cannot guarantee that the Website will operate uninterrupted or error-free. The Website cannot guarantee ticket availability to the user. Ticket sales end once the venue has reached full capacity.

Limitation of liability

Club Soda cannot be held liable for damages such as the loss of profits, revenues, or business opportunities despite having provided advance notice of these damages. If the user does not attend an event, a refund will not be offered.


The user agrees to indemnify Club Soda, its affiliates, partners, and employees against damages caused by the unauthorized use of the Website. The user agrees that he or she may be held liable for damages resulting from any violation of these terms.

Confidentiality policy

Club Soda is committed to protecting the personal information of users who visit the Website. Club Soda's commitment is limited to information collected through exchanges with users. Club Soda cannot guarantee this commitment for other websites that may be in contact with and its sub-domains. The user agrees to read this document thoroughly. The use of this Website validates that the user accepts this policy.

Information collected

As part of the Website's operating procedures, Club Soda gathers its users' "contact information" (name, surname, postal address, phone number, and email address), "demographic information" (postal code, city, sex, and age), and "financial information" (password and debit/credit card numbers).

To identify and gather broad demographic information about users, Club Soda uses the IP address of the user. When a user visits the Website, Club Soda automatically collects the user's IP address along with the address of the last webpage visited by the user.

Club Soda uses cookies to customize the user's system while storing the user's personal information if so desired by the user. Cookies may be disabled through a browser's "Help" command. If cookies are blocked on a browser, a large part on the website may not work.

Security measures

Club Soda's Website has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of information under its control. Before being transmitted over the Internet or stored on our servers, the user's personal and financial information is encrypted. Use of personal and financial information

Sharing with event providers

Club Soda sells tickets on its own behalf. Producers, agents, artists, teams, leagues, and others (hereinafter, the "event providers") produce and present the events. When a ticket order is placed through Club Soda, rather than providing personal information to the event providers directly, the user submits the details to Club Soda. When a user purchases tickets, he or she gives Club Soda permission to provide the concerned event providers with their contact email address. This allows the event provider to contact the user by email on the demand of the event provider. In some cases, Club Soda may share the user's contact details or partial financial information with the service providers to facilitate ticket pick-up the night of the event, to resolve a conflict, or to manage other exceptional circumstances.

Being that event providers are not always part of the Club Soda, they are not subject to this privacy policy. Should the user require details about the privacy policies of a given event provider, the user should contact the provider directly. Tickets may still be purchased anonymously (that is to say, without disclosing contact and demographic information) by visiting Club Soda's box office.

Sharing with financial institutions

The user's financial information is used by Club Soda to determine whether the user has the funds to pay for the requested services. Club Soda may provide contact and financial information to credit card issuers, financial institutions, or credit card processing firms for their own use.

Sharing under exceptional circumstances

Club Soda may disclose specific personal information about a user in situations where it is deemed necessary to comply with the law, to cooperate with or seek assistance from the authorities, or to protect the interests and ensure safety of the Club Soda. Club Soda may also disclose specific personal information about a user in the event of a concert cancellation or postponement for which tickets have been purchased.

Additionally, your personal information may be shared with a third party if Club Soda is subject to a transfer of ownership or assets, or in the case of bankruptcy.
